Delivery Information

ALL ORDERS are shipped in plain discreet packaging with absolutley no indication of the contents!

All goods that are dispatched are sent by a recorded insured service. This means goods will not be left on the door step or with neighbours. This enables a fully discreet service and your confidentiality.

Goods that are in stock are dispatched within 24 hours as a maximum, but in most cases if the order is placed by 15.00 will will ship the same day. We try not to display items that are not in stock, however should an item be ordered that is out of stock we would expect to dispatch the goods within 12 days. This lead time tends to be much shorter. You will be notified by email when the item has been shipped and if there are any delays we will keep you up to date via email dialy.

We use Royal Mail for our courier service.

Same Day Dispatch

We endeavour to ship all orders the same day, if received Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 3pm. If your order is placed outside of working hours it will be shipped the next working day.

UK Based Orders

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery - Delivery usually within 1 to 5 days. However 12 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service - Guaranteed to arrive Next Day Monday to Saturday.

Please note that if you live in the Highlands area delivery may take longer than specified.
Orders outside of mainland UK are unlikely to arrive next working day. Please allow 2-5 days, depending on the destination.

Please note that orders under £1.00 are not shipped Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery and will be shipped Standard Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery. Standard Royal Mail 1st Class can take up to 5 working days to arrive.

Royal Mail: If you are out when delivery is attempted Royal Mail will keep the package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick up the item. After 7 days the parcel will be returned to us.

Parcel Force: If you are out when the delivery is attempted Parcel Force will keep the package at your local depot for 5 days enabling you to collect it. After 5 days the parcel will be returned to us.

Redelivery Charge

If you fail to collect your item from your local depot in the allottedd time your item will be shipped back to us. Unfortunatley a redelivery charge to dispatch the goods back oout will apply.

European orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 working days.

Not at home during the day?

No problem. Your billing address should be the address your card is registered to. However, you can have your parcel delivered to an alternative address. Just fill in the desired address in the Delivery Address section.
