Same Day Despatch

We endeavour to ship all orders the same day, if received Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 3pm. If your order is placed outside of working hours it will be shipped the next working day.

UK Based Orders

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery - Delivery usually within 1 to 5 days. However 15 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service - Guaranteed to arrive Next Day Monday to Saturday.

Please note that if you live in the Highlands area delivery may take longer than specified.
Orders outside of mainland UK are unlikely to arrive next working day. Please allow 2-5 days, depending on the destination.

Please note that orders under £1.00 are not shipped Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery and will be shipped Standard Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery. Standard Royal Mail 1st Class can take up to 5 working days to arrive.

European Orders

European orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 working days.

Not at home during the day?

No problem. Your billing address should be the address your card is registered to. However, you can have your parcel delivered to an alternative address. Just fill in the desired address in the Delivery Address section.

Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you when we despatch your order. Alternatively you can call our Customer Services Department on 0844 3578614.
